Fall 2007 Identity Theft Information Series
Governor M. Jodi Rell has announced the dates and locations of a series of planned statewide forums to provide citizens with information and strategies for combating identity fraud and protecting themselves and their financial information.
Representatives from the Department of Consumer Protection (DCP), Department of Revenue Services, Department of Banking (DOB) and the Connecticut State Police attending the forums will provide participants with strategies on how to monitor their financial accounts, acquire and review their credit reports, correct erroneous information and respect to any suspicious activity.
