Board Meeting Protocol and Public Comment
In most cases, the goal of the CEAB is to release draft documents approximately
three (3) weeks prior to each meeting. Public comments are welcome and are due two (2) weeks prior to meeting dates. Final materials, including public comments, related staff responses, and requests to appear before the CEAB will be submitted to CEAB members one (1) week prior to the meeting. This protocol is preferred, but not mandatory, and may be changed at the discretion of the CEAB. Individuals who do not submit a request to address the CEAB two (2) weeks prior to the meeting may also, at the discretion of the Board, provide comments at the meeting during the public comment agenda item.
