Neighborhood Stabilization Program:  Quarterly Performance Report

Most communities have made further progress through acquiring and rehabilitating properties.  Communities have expended and drawn down funds pertaining to administration, acquisition/rehabilitation, and demolition.  One community has demolished a property and will utilize NSP funds for redevelopment.  The communities have set goals in place regarding future disposition.  It is anticipated that a significant number of activities that are underway will be completed in the next quarter, and draw downs are anticipated to be substantially higher than those to date.  The Neighborhood Stabilization Program's Quarterly Performance Report for the period ending 9/30/09 may now be accessed.
