Special Notice to DSS Clients and Partners about Phone and MyAccount Access
Please be advised that there will be a partial outage within the Client Information Line (interactive voice-response system) and the ConneCT MyAccount on Sunday, October 23rd, from 7 a.m. through 11 a.m. During this time, customers will not hear benefit details in the Client Information Line and will not be able to submit Online Renewals and Online Changes in the MyAccount. All other functionality will be up and running. This partial planned outage is being performed for important scheduled updates. We anticipate that the Client Information Line phone access (1-855-6-CONNECT, or 1-855-626-6632) and ConneCT MyAccount will be fully available after completion of this maintenance Sunday, October 23rd, at 11 a.m.
