Settlement Agreement on Services for People with Disabilities (Raymond v. Rowland)
  On September 10, 2007, Judge Mark R. Kravitz of the U.S. District Court in New Haven held a public hearing on the settlement agreement in a lawsuit called Lori Raymond, et al, v. John Rowland and Patricia Wilson-Coker (commonly known as Raymond vs. Rowland), during which it was ruled that the settlement is "fair, reasonable and adequate". The class action lawsuit involved the State of Connecticut, the Department of Social Services (DSS), and DSS clients and applicants with disabilities.
