Connecticut's Charter Oak Health Plan


 
The goal of the Charter Oak Health Plan is to provide universal access to affordable health care coverage to Connecticut adults of all incomes.  The Department of Social Services, designated by Governor M. Jodi Rell as administering agency for Charter Oak, has issued a request for proposals to the insurance industry for the joint procurement of Charter Oak and the HUSKY A and B programs.
