Connecticut Weatherization Assistance Program

The Weatherization Assistance Program assists low-income persons to minimize energy-related costs and fuel usage in their homes through retrofits and home improvement measures.  The program is funded by the US Department of Energy, which awards grants to all 50 states, including Connecticut.
