Connecticut Child Care & Development Fund Plan
The Connecticut Child Care and Development Fund Plan for FFY 2012-2013 (October 1, 2012, to September 30, 2013) outlines the state’s plans and goals for child care services, including program quality improvement, provider training, and parent education and outreach.
The Department of Social Services prepared the CCDF plan with consideration for the recommendations made during the public hearing process and comment period. There was participation in this process by parents, providers, advocates, state agency staff and members of the public. The CCDF Plan is required in order to access federal funds that support programs such as Care4Kids.

The 2013 Administrative Plan for the Section 8 Program was submitted to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on April 17, 2013. When approved by HUD, the plan will be posted on this site.
