Motor Fuel Tax Returns Due

 
FORM O-MF1,  Tax Paid Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax Return
FORM O-MF,    Motor Vehicle Fuels Tax Return
 
Form OP-216,  Special Fuel Tax Return
 
 
Taxpayers must file a return for each calendar month by the 25th day of the following month. A return must be filed even if no tax is due.   If the due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the next business day is the due date.
