Effective October 1, 2004,  bids over $500,000 must be submitted with the Department of Administrative Services' Prequalification Certificate and Update Statement . For information, see the DAS Contractor Prequalification Program or click here.

Inquiries about plans and specs for projects that are being bid may be made on or after the Plans & Specs Ready Date as noted on the Invitation to Bid Notice.
