Public Safety Directions The Connecticut Department of Public Safety is centrally located in Middletown, Connecticut. Take Exit 20 off of I-91. From I-91 North, left at end of ramp on to Country Club Road. Go straight after next stop sign and DPS will be on your left beyond the commuter parking lot.
