This is a comprehensive plan that encompasses all essential components necessary to combat asthma in our state.  The Plan provides a framework to achieve the goals and recommendations set forth by the Connecticut Statewide Asthma Task Force. Implementation of interventions and initiatives  are identified in the Plan which address clinical management, professional education, patient education, the environment, surveillance, and public awareness. The Plan  serves as a guidance document for all involved in combating asthma in Connecticut.
