What is VTrckS? 

The Vaccine Tracking System (VTrckS), a critical component
of CDC’s Vaccine Management Business Improvement Project
, is an information technology system that integrates
the entire publicly-funded vaccine supply chain from purchasing
and ordering to distribution of the vaccine. VTrckS will help you
more efficiently order and manage your Connecticut Vaccine
Program (CVP) vaccines by combining vaccine ordering, inventory
and doses administered into one application.

How Will VTrckS Benefit Me As A Provider?

VTrckS offers health care providers reduced administrative costs and increased order accuracy through the ability to place and track orders online. Providers will be able to:

§ Place vaccine requests online

§ Track orders from the time they are placed until they are delivered at their doorstep

§ Submit accountability data

§ Receive important updates from grantees and CDC

§ Access online self-help and other support services

To get your registration started, complete a User List Worksheet (xls)  and email back to dph.immunizations@ct.gov
