o Hepatitis B information sec 10a-155c. Hepatitis B information. For the school year commencing in 2005, and each school year thereafter, each public or independent institution of higher education shall provide (1) information about hepatitis B and the risks of contracting hepatitis B by college-age individuals, to all matriculated students, and (2) notice of the availability and benefits of a hepatitis B vaccine.

Elementary, Middle and High School
School Immunizations- School Health statutes 10-204a-1, 10-204a-2a, 10-204a-3a and 10-204a-4 effective February 15, 2011. Errata ,the final version that was published in CT Law Journal has a small discrepancy in 10-204a-2a(e)(3) mumps. It reads "has had protection against rubella confirmed in writing by a physician, physician assistant or advanced practice registered nurse based on specific blood testing by a certified laboratory." Should read has had protection against mumps confirmed in writing by a physician, physician assistant or advanced practice registered nurse based on specific blood testing by a certified laboratory.
