Department of Transportation (Department) will conduct a Public Information
Meeting concerning the proposed rehabilitation of Bridge No. 00032.
Bridge No. 00032 carries I-95 NB and SB over Metro-North Railroad and
City streets in the city of Stamford (City). The purpose of the project is the
rehabilitation of the concrete bridge deck, currently rated "Poor",
and will include minor superstructure and substructure repairs with minimal
impact to the traveling public. The
Department anticipates that there will only be overnight lane closures on I-95.
Local roads will have similar overnight closures with detours, including the
Elm Street I-95 Northbound on-ramp.
Right-of-way impacts associated with the proposed project are not
