The project consists of the complete removal of the existing superstructure for the existing bridge, the installation of drilled micropiles, and the installation of new precast concrete substructure elements and bridge deck superstructure.  Additionally there will be minor drainage, new sidewalks, and decorative lighting installations and minor pavement resurfacing.
