ConnDOT: Milling and Resurfacing Project Route 110 in Monroe on 10/1/07

NEWINGTON, Conn.- State Transportation Commissioner Ralph J. Carpenter announced today that a Milling and Resurfacing project will be performed on Route 110 (Shelton Road), from Shelton Town Line to Route 111, in Monroe.  This project is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, October 1, 2007 and continue through Tuesday, October 9, 2007.

 

Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone.  The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday Friday).  No work is scheduled for the weekends.

 

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
