Nighttime Lane Closures on I-95 Southbound Between Exit 51 in East Haven and Exit 46 in New Haven
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (ConnDOT) is announcing that nighttime lane closures are scheduled on I-95 Southbound between Exit 51 in East Haven and Exit 46 in New Haven from 10:00p.m. to 6:00a.m. The work is part of the emergency deck repairs on the existing Pearl Harbor Memorial (Q) Bridge and will occur weather permitting.
Two lanes will be closed on I-95 Southbound between Exit 51 and Exit 46 on Mondays through Thursdays from 10:00p.m to 6:00a.m.
The work is part of the I-95 New Haven Harbor Crossing Corridor Improvement Program and is being performed under a $1.5-million contract awarded to Blakeslee Arpaia Chapman, Inc., of Branford, Connecticut. Work is scheduled to be completed in late September 2007.
