Installation of Signing on I-95 from Greenwich to Fairfield
To begin on July 16, 2007
New Haven, CT - The Department of Transportation announced today, that on Monday, July 16, 2007, work will begin on the installation of new signs on I-95 from the New York State Line to the Fairfield/Bridgeport Town Line. The work is being performed by Mohawk Northeast, Inc. of Newington, CT.
The work is expected to be completed by January 2009.
There will be no interference with traffic on I-95 Northbound from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday thru Thursday, 6:00 am to 8:00 pm on Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturdays and 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on Sundays. Expect lane closures at all other times.
There will be no interference with traffic on I-95 Southbound from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday thru Thursday, 6:00 am to 7:00 pm on Fridays, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm on Saturdays, and 11:00 am to 9:00 pm on Sundays. Expect lane closures at all other times.
There will no lane closures allowed from 6:00 am on Friday to 12:01 am on Monday from the Memorial Day Holiday Weekend to the Labor Day Holiday Weekend.
There will be no interference with traffic on any Ramp from 6:00 am to 9:00 am and 3:00pm to 7:00 pm Monday thru Friday and 10:00 am to 9:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Expect lane closures at all other times.
