Wilton, Connecticut Connecticut Department of Transportation officials have announced that there are time changes for nighttime lane closures on the Route 7 project in Wilton.  Construction work requiring lane closures will be allowed during the following hours:

Friday                              8:00pm to 6:00am, as needed (make-up day in the event of inclement weather Monday thru Thursday)

Saturday and Sunday         No change (still 8:00pm to 8:00am)

The work is part of the overall project to widen Route 7 in Wilton that will accommodate two travel lanes, both northbound and southbound, for a length of approximately three miles from Wolfpit Road to Olmstead Hill Road.  The project is scheduled for completion in April 2010.
