The Department of Transportation announced today, that beginning March 26, 2007, in conjunction with Project No. 46-119, Paganelli Construction Corp. of Windsor Locks, CT will be resuming work on the replacement of a culvert at Chestnut Brook on Route 191 (Mill Street), in the Town of East Windsor.
The Contractor is expected to complete the paving and safety improvements for the project by June 15, 2007.
