Thomaston, Connecticut - The Department of Transportation announced today, weather permitting, steel girders will be installed overnight starting at 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 and ending on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at 6:00 a.m.
Route 222 will be closed to all traffic periodically for a duration of no more than 10 minutes from 12:00 midnight to 5:00 a.m. Minor delays are anticipated
Brunalli Construction Co., Inc. of Southington, CT will be performing this work.
Motorists are urged to obey the posted speed limit and proceed with caution through this and all other construction work zones.
