NEWINGTON, Conn.-Acting Transportation Commissioner H. James Boice announced today that tree work will be performed on Route 15 (northbound) between Exits 54 and 60 in Milford, Orange, Woodbridge, New Haven and Hamden. This project is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, April 21, 2008 and continue through Friday, April 25, 2008.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
