Agency Closing The Division of Special Revenue will be closed Thursday, November 26, 2009, for the Thanksgiving holiday. The Division will also be closed on Friday, November 27, 2009 a furlough day. Although the Newington office will be closed the Division will still maintain a presence in its field offices at OTB and the casinos as well as at lottery drawings.
