From Hartford:

Take I-91 south to I-95 south at New Haven. Follow I-95 south, taking exit 27A (route 8/25 north - Trumbull-Waterbury exit). Go north approximately 1.7 miles to exit 4, Lindley Street. At bottom of ramp turn right. Go to next traffic light and turn right onto North Avenue (U.S. Route 1). Proceed west for 0.5 miles. Bridgeport Correctional Center is on the right hand side, at the corner of North Avenue and Madison Avenue.

From Merritt Parkway - Park Avenue:

Exit off parkway at Park Avenue (exit 47). Proceed south for 3.7 miles, take a left onto North Avenue proceeding east approximately 0.6 miles. Bridgeport Correctional Center is on the left hand side, at the corner of North Avenue and Madison.

From Merritt Parkway - Route 8:

Exit the parkway at Route 8. Travel south for 1.1 miles to new route 8/25. Travel 2 miles to exit 5 (Boston Avenue and North Avenue). Turn right at the second light and travel south on North Avenue for 1.1 miles. Bridgeport Correctional Center is on the right hand side, at the corner of North Avenue and Madison Avenue.
