Third DUI Conviction

If your suspension is a result of your third or subsequent conviction in Connecticut or any other state for DUI, your driver's license is permanently revoked.

You may request a hearing to modify this sanction after serving a minimum of two years of the permanent revocation.  Prior to consideration of such a request, you must comply with any previously outstanding suspension requirements and conditions for restoration.

After serving the two-year period of revocation, a written request for a hearing may be submitted to the following address:
