**ATTENTION CUSTOMERS**: On Friday, May 24, DMV offices will close at 12:30 p.m. for the Memorial Day holiday. DMV offices will reopen on Tuesday, May 28 at 7:45 a.m.
Hours of Operation:
Wednesdays and Fridays - 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Services Provided:
- Driver's License (non-commercial) - Renewals, duplicates, and name changes
- Learner's Permit - Duplicates and name changes
- Non-Driver ID Card - Renewals, duplicates and name changes
- Registrations - Renewals, duplicates, name changes and plate cancellations
- Disabled Parking Permits - New, renewals and replacements
- Driver Histories
Dealer transactions will not be processed at the Derby office.

Directions
Traveling Route 8 North: Take exit 15 (Derby Route 34). Take a left at end of exit ramp. Take first right just before Home Depot. Take a right into parking lot of the Valley Transit Center. The office is located on the right, at the end of building, clearly marked with blue and white signs.
