AAA offices perform regular driver's license renewals only. To renew your license at AAA, you must bring your driver's license and your driver's license renewal notice that you received in the mail. You do not have to be a AAA member to renew your driver's license. AAA offices do not process Commercial Drivers Licenses (CDL), duplicate licenses or licenses with endorsements/restrictions for public passengers. AAA offices do not renew licenses that include a name change. For these types of transactions, you will need to go to a DMV Branch or Satellite office and DMV Photo License Center. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Money Orders, Personal Checks and Bank Checks made payable to DMV. AAA has the authority to charge a $2 convenience fee for DMV transactions. The fee is payable to AAA. Note: If your license is suspended here or in any other state, your license will not be renewed until your license privilege is restored.
