Rescheduling a Road Test Appointment

Unable to Keep Driver's Test Appointment
If you are unable to keep your driver's license test appointment, you must either visit your local DMV Office or call the DMV Phone Center
prior to the scheduled test date. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of the prepaid testing fee.
Note: When rescheduling your test date, please be sure you know your current appointment date and time. This information is needed to reschedule your test appointment.
Driver License Testing Delays or Cancellations
At times road testing may be delayed or cancelled in certain areas of the state due to inclement weather. Testing is not automatically cancelled and is never cancelled prior to the actual test day.
To determine if testing is being conducted at the location you are scheduled for, please call the DMV Phone Center on the day of your driver's license test. If testing is being conducted, you are expected to appear for the scheduled test or you will forfeit the testing fee. If testing has been cancelled, the DMV Phone Center
will provide instructions for the rescheduling of your driver's license test.
