Non-Driver Photo Identification Cards

HOLIDAY CLOSING:  On Friday, April 3, all DMV offices will be closed to observe the Good Friday holiday.  Most offices will reopen on Saturday, April 4.  See specific offices and hours here.

The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) issues a Non-Driver Photo Identification Card (ID) to any applicant who does not possess a valid motor vehicle driver's license or whose license is presently under suspension.
