DMV: Non-Driver Photo Identification Cards

Non-Driver Photo Identification Cards

SERVICE UPDATE: All Department of Motor Vehicles offices and the DMV Cheshire Testing Center WILL BE CLOSED SATURDAY, JANUARY 24, 2015, due to expected poor weather conditions from snow and ice. Offices will re-open on their next regular next business day, which is Tuesday, at 7:45 a.m.
Anyone with scheduled road skills test appointments can call DMV to select new date. Customers with a learner's permit test appointment should wait for an e-mail from DMV that will explain how to reschedule the permit test appointment online.

The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) issues a Non-Driver Photo Identification Card (ID) to any applicant who does not possess a valid motor vehicle driver's license or whose license is presently under suspension.
