If your vehicle has been damaged as a result of improper towing by a licensed towing business and you have been unable to reach an agreement with the towing business, you should file a complaint with our Dealers and Repairers Division. You should have some proof that the damage to your vehicle was the direct result of negligent towing.

The complaint must be filed on the Dealers and Repairers Complaint Form (form K-35) and submitted with copies of any other documentation to:
