Q. How do I contact the DMHAS Help Desk?
A. For Technical connections and/or Password issues, Call 860-262-5058 or send an email to: DMHAS.Info@po.state.ct.us
Q. I can't connect with VPN/CITRIX.
A. Contact the OOC System Support. We will ask you to go to your Internet Explorer and type www.gotoassist.com/ph/dmhas in the address line. This will allow a technician to access your computer and assist you with your concerns.
Q. I need a VPN Token, who should I contact?
A. To Request a token, complete the VPN Token Request Form and forward it to the Evaluation Quality Management and Improvement Division for approval. Inquires regarding the status of previously submitted forms should be directed to the DMHAS Helpdesk.
