This unit is responsible for directing the Department's legislative and regulatory program and for assisting the Commissioner in the performance of executive and administrative duties involving both legislative and regulatory policies and programs.  We work closely with the Department's advocacy community, providers, families, and clients in assisting them to become active participants in the legislative process.
