 The Remembrance Quilt
Every year, approximately 570,000 people die from substance use disorder in the United States. To help their loved ones cope with their loss, DMHAS is working with organizations throughout the state to make The Remembrance Quilt in memory of those who died of substance use disorders. Family, friends and loved ones are encouraged to create a panel in the name of a loved one who died of substance use disorder to be added to The Remembrance Quilt.
