** UPDATE **  Identifications Made

STATE POLICE INVESTIGATE TWO UNTIMELY DEATHS IN LEBANON

  On March 10, 2014, at 8:50 a.m., State Police at Troop K in Colchester received a 911 call reporting a possible medical emergency on Smith Road near Route 207 in Lebanon. The complainant observed a car parked, engine running, with two occupants inside who appeared to be in distress.

   EMS, Fire Service and State Police responded to the scene. Upon arrival, responders located two individuals inside the vehicle. Both were pronounced dead at the scene by responding EMS personnel.

   The scene was secured by responding Troopers. State Police Major Crime Squad Detectives responded to conduct an untimely death investigation. Both subjects, a male and a female, were identified by State Police Detectives. The scene was processed and was secured.

   The Office of the Chief State’s Medical Examiner will conduct a post mortem examination of both deceased to determine the manner and cause of death.

   A preliminary investigation by the State Police has determined that there is no criminal aspec to this case.

   The deceased have been identified as:

      Brittany Holland, DOB: 11/1/1988
      51 Slocum St., Hebron

      Casey Senechal, DOB: 2/20/1988
      LKA 26 First St., Lebanon

  The investigation is continuing.
