STATE POLICE MAKE ARREST IN DEMOLITION CASE
 

   Troopers initiated an investigation on 6-12-2013, stemming from a complaint regarding the demolition of a residential structure at 49 Wildman Street in Danbury.

 

   Facts and information determined by Troopers in this investigation caused an arrest warrant application to be submitted to Superior Court.  The court granted the arrest warrant for the arrest of the accused:

 

     German Coraizaca (DOB 04-23-1976)

     38 Oil Mill Road, Danbury, CT.  

 

   On 03-04-2014, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Coraizaca turned himself in to detectives from the CT State Police Fire & Explosion Investigation Unit and was formally arrested for the following charges:

 

     Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree (CGS 53a-64)

     Demolition of a Particular Structure without a Permit (29-406)

     Licensing violations of a Demolition Business (CGS-402)

 

   Coraizaca was processed and released from Troop A in Southbury on a $500.00 non-surety bond.  He is scheduled to appear at CT Superior Court in Danbury (GA#3) on March 17 at 9:00 a.m.
