STATE POLICE SEEK IDENTITY OF PEDESTRIAN STRUCK AND KILLED ON INTERSTATE 95

   On Saturday, 11/23 /13, shortly after 3:00 a.m., State Police at Troop G received several 911 calls reporting a pedestrian who was walking in the left shoulder/median on I-95 Southbound, near exit #7 in Stamford.

   Troopers arrived on scene and located a (Hispanic) male who had been struck and killed by a passing vehicle.  The point of impact was in the left lane of three southbound lanes of travel. The pedestrians identity is unknown at this time and it is unknown as to why he was walking on the highway.  Troopers have attempted to identify this male subject without success.

   The deceased is described as follows:

  -Hispanic male

  - approx. 30-40 years old.

  - dark brown hair.

  - wearing “M R & Company” dark blue colored jeans.

  -“Timberland” –black colored belt with a silver buckle.

  -“J-CREW” blue and white striped- button down shirt- size 16-16-1/2.

  - Grayish/blue hooded sweat shirt jacket, zips in the front-, size (XXL)”Victoria”- brand
