FALLEN STATE TROOPER

WHERE:   Interstate 91 Northbound Rest Area/Weigh Station in Middletown

WHAT:   The Connecticut State Police will preside over the dedication of the Middletown Rest Area/Weigh Station in honor of Trooper First Class Kenneth Hall, who was killed in the line of duty on Sept. 2, 1010.

   Commissioner Reuben F. Bradford, State Police Colonel Danny R. Stebbins and local, state and federal officials will attend the ceremony.  A plaque in memory of TFC Hall will be unveiled by Governor Dannel P. Malloy and Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman, who are scheduled to attend the dedication.
