The Municipal Facilities section handles all aspects of interactions between the municipalities and DEP regarding wastewater treatment.  From planning the needed infrastructure, through design and construction oversight, to operation, maintenance, and permitting, the Municipal Facilities section provides guidance, support, and regulatory efforts related to wastewater at the municipal level.
