HOURS:
The forest recreation areas are open from 8 am to sunset. Other forest areas are open one-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset.
The gate at Green Falls campground closes on the last day of September.

Pets on a leash are permitted.

The Green Falls Campground has 18 wooded campsites that are available from the third Friday of April until September 30. The campsites are first-come, first serve with no reservations accepted.

Directions
The Green Falls Area of the Pachaug State Forest can be accessed by taking Route 138 east from exit 85 off of Route 395. Follow Route 138 east, 8.3 miles to the forest entrance.
Fees
There are separate weekend/holiday and camping fees at Pachaug State Forest, Green Falls Area.
The gate at Green Falls campground closes on the last day of September.
The Frog Hollow Horse Campground gate closes on Columbus Day
The Mount Misery Campground gate closes the first day of January.
