US DHS, Governor M. Jodi Rell, and the CT DEMHS sponsored the 2008 State of Connecticut Governor’s Flood/Dam Failure Tabletop Exercise. State Agency Commissioner's and others participated in this timely exercise which was conducted on Wednesday, March 5, 2008.
