Governor Rell Announces Low-Interest Loans for Farm-related Businesses Affected by June 16 Storms
  Governor M. Jodi Rell announced that federal disaster loans are available to agricultural cooperatives, small businesses and private non-profit groups in Fairfield and Litchfield counties that suffered losses from frost and freezing weather this past spring.
