Energy efficiency - incentives for replacment of furnaces, boilers, hot water heaters and refrigerators.

Utilities - All electrical outages should be first reported to your local electric company and all emergency situations should be referred to local authorities (police, fire). Residents are reminded to always stay clear of downed power lines and report the presence of this situation to 911.
