Forms and Permits
Pursuant to the General Statutes of Connecticut municipal inland wetlands agencies must complete a reporting form for each action taken by such agency.  Two versions of the form exist, a printable pdf version and an electronic fill-in Word version.  Please use the link above to navigate to our "status and trends" page where you will find the reporting form and additional information.
These forms and permits are used for activities regulated by the State of Connecticut.
