Notice of Reissuance of General Permit
 

The Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (DEEP) hereby gives notice it has reissued with modifications the General Permit for Miscellaneous Discharges of Sewer Compatible Wastewater (Miscellaneous General Permit).
 
The Public Notice of Tentative Decision to reissue the Miscellaneous General Permit was published in six newspapers statewide on September 30, 2016. Comments received during the 30-day comment period, DEEPís responses to comments, a Fact Sheet, and revisions regarding the general permit are available on the DEEP website at www.ct.gov/deep/industrialwastewater.
 
Copies of the Miscellaneous General Permit, registration form and instructions are available on the DEEP website at www.ct.gov/deep/permits&licenses.  Persons unable to access the website may obtain paper copies by calling (860) 424-3025 from 8:30 a.m. Ė 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, by emailing dahlia.gordon@ct.gov or by writing to Ms. Dahlia Gordon, WPED/Bureau of Materials Management and Compliance Assurance, Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, 79 Elm Street, Hartford, CT 06106-5127.
