Sunday Possession/Landing Prohibition

Reminder: No person engaged in commercial fishing shall posses or land scup, summer flounder, or black sea bass between 0001 hours and 2359 hours on Sunday during the period between May 25 and September 2, inclusive.

The Department wishes to remind all commercial scup, summer flounder, and black sea bass fisherman that the above rule becomes effective next Sunday, May 26, 2013. This rule was originally noticed on April 19, 2013 in DEEP Marine Fisheries News notice N13-04.
