Enclosed you will find your fishing and/or dealerís license application form for the year 2013. Please mail the completed form(s) with a check for the required amount to:

Reminder to Fishermen:
License decals are no longer required and will not be issued.

Reminder to Seafood Dealers:
All individuals or firms who purchase for resale, any lobsters, crabs including horseshoe crabs, squid, sea scallops, and finfish from commercial fishermen, landed in Connecticut including federally permitted dealers, must obtain a Connecticut Seafood Dealerís license.

Staying Informed:
Regulation changes, notices of public meetings and other important and relevant information are disseminated via the DEEP Marine Fisheries News, our periodic email notice to fishermen. If you havenít already, you can join our email distribution list by sending an email to iMailSrv@list.state.ct.us. In the body of the email, type subscribe DEP-marine-fisheries then leave a space and type your full name. Also, leave the subject line blank and remove any signature blocks or any other text in the message body. All of the notices distributed by the Marine Fisheries Division are also posted on the departmentís web site at: www.ct.gov/deep/fishing.
