The applications, proposed permits and supporting documentation are available for inspection at DEEP, Bureau of Air Management, 79 Elm Street, 5th floor, Hartford, CT from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday and at other times by appointment. All interested persons are invited to express their views on the tentative determination concerning these applications in accordance with Sections 22a-3a-5(b) and 22a-174-2a(c) of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
