State Building Code Modifications -- Process

The State Building Inspector reviews requests for modifications to the State Building Code. Individuals must read the instruction sheet and download the applicable Request for Modification application (see below) and mail the application along with supporting documentation to the State Building Inspector for review (after comment by the local Building Official, if applicable).  The address of the State Building Inspector is:
