DAS Celebrates with CCSU in New Residence Hall Groundbreaking Ceremony

A ground breaking ceremony for a new residence hall was hosted by Central Connecticut State University on Wednesday February 26, 2014.

The new 220,000 square foot residence hall will offer suite style rooms with a living room and bathroom shared by four students.  Each floor will offer group study rooms and alcoves for one-on-one studying and socializing.  A compute laboratory, game room, and large living rooms will be located on the first floor to create a community center for residents.  The state-of-the-art building will also include the University’s Residence Life administrative offices and campus-wide meeting space on the first floor.
